- Annual license
- The recurring subscription for a plan tier, covering the student seat allowance, unlimited staff seats and every core module in that tier.
- Implementation fee
- A one-time launch fee covering configuration, rostering setup, staff enablement and go-live support. It applies in Year 1 only.
- Student seat
- One active student with a portfolio in your organization's workspace. Archived students keep their historical record without consuming a seat.
- Seat utilization
- Assigned seats divided by the licensed allowance. Administrators are warned at 80, 90 and 100 percent so seats can be added before a launch is blocked.
- Core module
- Functionality included with the plan tier at no additional cost, such as portfolios, career explorer or the StudentRecruit Virtual Intern catalog.
- Premium module
- Functionality licensed as an add-on, such as the Video Center, advanced analytics, single sign-on or custom branding.
- Entitlement
- The record that decides whether a module appears for an organization. Modules the organization has not licensed show an upgrade path rather than a broken screen.
- Order form
- The itemised commercial document that names the plan, seats, add-ons, term, start date and totals. It becomes the contract once countersigned.
- Organization workspace
- The private space belonging to one district, center, nonprofit, college or employer. Records never leave it unless someone deliberately shares them.
