Annual license vs. implementation fee
These are two different charges. The annual SaaS license recurs every contract year. Implementation is billed once, at contract start, and covers onboarding.

Institutional licensing and employer plans are independent. Employer Basic is free to create, the standard platform posting fee is $149 per approved opportunity, and paid plans are billed annually only after an authorized signer approves them.

Students are free at the point of use
When an institution sponsors the license, students never pay to use StudentRecruit, and staff and counselor seats are included at every plan, not billed per person. What can be premium or usage-based: Video Center minutes at high volume, custom simulation development, SSO/SIS and integrations, advanced analytics and reporting, custom branding, and employer talent access above the free posting tier.
